Further Notes
ACD - Mon 25/06/1877 - CPLGB p19; RPSGB.
The exact course of the original lines of route have been lost in subsequent development of the surrounding yards and works, especially between Waterworks Jct., North Jct. and Severus Jct. The lines shown are best estimates based on North Eastern Railway Historical Maps RCHS 1975 NE22. Hopefully a contemporary map will surface to clarify the matter.
*Loco Yard Jct. - York (2nd) - 0m 20c; Landing Lane Bridge (Severus) Jct. - York (1st) (Jct.) - 1m 0c; North Jct. - Waterworks Jct. - 0m 39c.
**CPLGB p19 gives name as Landing Lane Bridge. Presumably this was the name in use at the time of closure. Subsequent records give Severus Jct.
