Further Notes
Branch off LNWR main line approximately 1m 29c north of Willesden Junction. Initially built as a goods branch to serve the Royal Showground, a passenger station was opened on 23/06/1903 - RPSGB. See also http://www.brent-heritage.co.uk/royal_agricultural_show.htm and SRS RailRef NW008 for more details.
ACD - Sun 05/07/1903 - DRS. C LNWR Chronology gives Sat 04/07/1903 - date LTR? RPSGB gives "last public use (Sat) 27/06/1903".
No details of services operated identified. Given the somewhat ephemeral nature of this service (despite which it appears on the Bartholomew Half Inch Sheet 30 - Surrey 1903, see above) and its purpose, it is questionable whether this section of line would actually qualify for inclusion here.
Any further information, especially regarding services operated, most welcome.
*Estimated mileage.
