RCH EE 1917 predates construction of the Stevenage line and the second Hertford (North) station, though it is marked as a projected line.
The short section of line linking the first Hertford (North) station with the GER line to Hertford (East) at Hertford GE Jct. was for goods traffic only and never carried a passenger service.
