However, The East Kent Railway Vol.2 OL127B OP p317 relates problems EKR had with naming this halt - initially designated Woodnesborough Road Halt, on opening it was called Roman Road Halt, but timetables showed Roman Road, Woodnesborough. To confuse matters further, RCH SE 1924 shows Woodnesborough Road. Take your pick!
