Further Notes

CL - Sat 01/03/1873 - CPLGB p10 ; RPSGB. Line closed along with Swansea (East Dock) - Swansea (Wind St.). Former section RO - Fri 01/10/1880. See Swansea (East Dock) (excl. ) - Swansea (Wind St.)

ACD - Mon 28/09/1936 - PNM 1980 p68. No Sunday service, LTR - Sat 26/09/1936.

Dynevor Jct. - Cardonnel Jct. appears to have been overlooked in previous publications - easily done. I am working on the assumption that the service between Treherbert and Swansea (East Dock) was withdrawn at the same time as the service to/from Aberdare. Both services appear in B1236 Jul 1936 and had disappeared in B1260 Jul 1938. Confirmation would be welcome.

N.B. Neath (Riverside) was briefly RN Neath (Bridge St.) from 01/07/1924 until 17/09/1926 - RPSGB.

*Neath (Riverside) (excl) - Swansea (East Dock) - 7m 6c; Dynevor Jct. - Cardonnel Jct. - 0m 21c.
