Unusually, this line closed on a Tuesday. RM May 1953 p351 and The Cromer Branch OL74 OP p73 confirm this but give no reason why the final service ran on a Monday. RHRGB Vol.5 The Eastern Counties D&C 1977 p194 gives the closure date "on 6 April".
