**It would appear that a sporadic service was provided between Pyle and Tondu. B1449 Jun 1954 p107 Table 130 shows week days only service between Tondu and Porthcawl calling at Kenfig Hill; B1470 Mar 1956 p185 Table 130 shows Tondu,Pyle and Porthcawl table including Kenfig Hill, but no service between Tondu and Pyle; B1496 Nov 1958 & B1499 Feb 1959 p185 Table 130 shows same table as 1956, Kenfig Hill deleted and no service between Tondu and Pyle; BR (WR) 15 Jun - 13 Sep 1959 Table 130 shows one train each way, week days only, between Tondu and Pyle/Portcawl; B1514 Sep/Oct 1960 and subsequent timetables Table 130 shows Pyle and Portcawl only, Tondu deleted.
*RCH SW 1926. Mileage is to Tondu station. Did passenger services ever serve beyond Tondu through the junction?
