RoCR gives ACD 02/01/1967 for Long Eaton Jct. - Trowell Jct. This was the date from which the local Nottingham - Sheffield service was withdrawn and the intermediate stations closed.
Last Train from Trent Station, Kingscott, 2007 p81 records Trent Station North Jct. - North Erewash Jct. as closing on 30/08/1967 - see Long Eaton Jct. - North Erewash Jct. RoCR doesn't mention this section at all.
Finally, to confuse matters even further PNM 1980 p89 also gives "North Erewash Jct. - Station North Jct." OCD 18/04/1966, thus partly contradicting the 06/11/1967 date quoted above!
