ACD Felin Fran West Jct. - Morlais Jct. South - 22/09/24? - status of past RTS, if any, over this section of line currently unknown. The two intermediate stations, Llangyfelach and Pont Lliw had very short lives, OP 09/07/1923 and CL 22/09/1924.

Subsequently, the line seems to have been primarily used by SDS with one RTS, 3 55 am Fishguard Harbour - London Paddington. This train seems to have morphed into an SDS around 1961/2, being augmented by RTS, 4 40 MX Fishguard Harbour - London Paddington.
PNM 1980 p23 records ACD - Mon 14/06/1965 and PSUL 1964 Summer amendments p3 states "Services withdrawn with effect from 14 June 1965 upon diversion via Landore - Swansea Loop West".
PNM 1980 p23 records RO - Sat 18/06/1966, but only for SDS.
And so it continues to the present day. The line is used regularly by SDS and for engineering works diversions and occasional RTS. Forgive me for not listing these "opening" and "closing" dates but the list would be a mile long! It illustrates the problem with some sections of line that possess this ambivalent status.
